At USAOUTFITS, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be instances when you need to return a product or seek a refund. We’ve outlined our policy below to make the process as smooth as possible.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may return products within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at info@usaoutfits.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack your item securely, including all original packaging, and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the package to the address provided with the RA number. 

Restocking Fee

We do not take any charges of restocking.

Return Shipping Cost:

For customer remorse or purchase of the wrong products and defective products or damage by the carrier we will not charge for return shipping fee.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Support team at info@usaoutfits.com. We will assist you in processing the exchange, provided the product is eligible for return according to this policy.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain products, such as personalized or perishable goods, are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products are also non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@usaoutfits.com immediately with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order is shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Changes to the Return and Refund Policy:

  • Thaamira reserves the right to make updates or modifications to this policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will take effect on the specified date.
